Troubleshooting

Events show in the wrong time zone. Check that the schedule's time zone matches your iPhone's. Calendara extracts the times as printed; if a camp packet is written for a different zone, adjust before saving.

Live Text isn't offering Create Event. It only appears when iOS recognizes the text as a date. Try tapping the day and month together, or zoom in so the text is sharp. Handwriting and stylized fonts often defeat it — that's the case where Calendara's extraction earns its keep.

A kid's events landed in the wrong color. In the review step, tap each event and assign the family member before saving; Calendara remembers assignments for recurring items.
